JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Summary:

The Administrative Clerk’s primary responsibility is to handle various office tasks and functions. This includes general and financial administration tasks, processing credit and ad-hoc invoices, and maintaining organized records. Additionally, the Administrative Clerk will be responsible for running errands for the Financial Director.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12/Matric
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel)
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Driver’s license and own vehicle

Duties:

  • Processing ad-hoc and creditor invoices
  • Maintaining and reporting on the company fuel account, as well as handling the cancellation and ordering of fuel cards
  • Data entry and maintaining accurate records
  • Filing and compiling company records
  • Running errands for the Financial Director
