JOB DESCRIPTION
The Senior Workflow Analyst plays a key role in supporting and enhancing the performance of the site, focusing on optimal staffing of Customer Advocates. This position is primarily responsible for creating and maintaining schedules for Customer Service Associates (CSA) to achieve service level and productivity goals.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum NQF4 qualification
- Minimum 2 years of experience in scheduling, planning, or other aspects of managing workflow capacity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Formulas, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.)
- Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Quicksight, R or Python, VBA, Robotic Process Automation, and Machine Learning Models
- Excellent planning and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple demands and ambiguity
- Advanced analytical skills, providing analysis support on projects
- Innovative and creative problem-solving skills for designing improved methods, systems, and processes
- High attention to detail, with the ability to identify root causes of variance and execute solutions
- Ability to provide sound advice and effective communication with stakeholders
- Interest and ability to work on process improvement initiatives and projects
- Understanding of workforce management programs
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- BA or BS degree in business or a related field preferred
- Minimum 4 years of experience in scheduling, planning, or other aspects of managing workflow capacity.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
As an Amazon Web Services (AWS) Customer Solutions Manager, your primary responsibility is to guide large and complex AWS customers through their multi-year journey to the cloud. This highly visible position requires ensuring effective collaboration across all AWS teams to deliver successful outcomes for the customer.
Basic Qualifications
- Experience leading complex, large-scale IT/digital/business transformation programs
- Customer-facing experience
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with C-suite/VP level
- Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills with precise attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct experience implementing AWS/cloud services
- Robust understanding of key technology and market trends
- PMP and/or SCRUM/Agile, SAFe certified.
