Job Description:
Ensure proper delivery services offer according to local customers’ expectations and in line with Nespresso international standards and guidelines. Drive innovative and sustainable Operations solutions, in order to deliver a distinct competitive advantage for Nespresso and the Customer. Manage B2B and B2C third party transportation providers.
Minimum Requirements for Manager position:
- Completed Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain or similar.
- At least 5-8 years of professional experience in logistics and distribution operations and Direct-to-Consumer business model (logistics, distribution) at Management level
- Has worked/ been exposed to collaborative business development projects in logistics and distribution.
- Has been using ERP and WMS systems for logistics and distribution processes and decision support. Microsoft Dynamics experience advantageous.
- Has successfully managed relationship with external providers for warehousing, equipment and/or transport
- eCommerce experience
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills
- Customer Oriented
- Analytical skills
