Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the consistent production of top-notch food in line with Hilton’s quality standards.
- Execute tasks in a timely manner, contributing to effective food cost control.
- Support the Kitchen team, preparing and presenting dishes within company guidelines.
- Maintain clean and organized working areas, preventing cross-contamination.
- Assist other departments when needed, fostering good working relationships.
- Report maintenance, hygiene, and hazard issues promptly.
- Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, health and safety, and food safety legislation.
- Strive to achieve departmental targets and uphold health and hygiene requirements.
- Demonstrate environmental awareness.
Requirments:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Previous experience as a Commis Chef or Apprentice Chef.
